I told myself I would write a blog post about this really important topic that I know a lot of scholars, students, and professionals face.... that was July 2021.

If this energy isn't released from the mind, it may present itself physically as heart and lung complications, digestive issues, acne, just to name a few. As a good friend of mine once said, "it's all psychosomatic." In this blog post, I discuss the "jar method" that, along with journaling, has helped me transmute and release energy making space for my blessings to flow in and remain a part of my reality.
